Fried alligator meat, hot dogs wrapped in bacon, and boneless hot wings wedged between two slices of waffle.

Those are just a few items you'll be able to order when you attend an El Paso Chihuahuas game.

On Wednesday night the stadium's food staff dished up the ballpark menu to the media, so that we could give you a sneak peak of what you'll be able to order at the ballpark.

"It's your All American fare meeting El Paso, Texas," described Executive Chef, J.J. Cataneda.

"A couple of examples, our Dudley dog. Our foot long, half pound hot dog, topped with chile con queso and pico de gallo," added Jeff Hanauer with Ovations Food Services.

"The nachos they served in a dog bowl and the quality is incredible. It blew me away. My favorite would be the chicken and waffle sandwich," said Michael Guerra, an El Pasoan who was on hand to sample the food.

As far as pries, that's still the big unknown, but we're told most hot dogs and burgers will range in price from $4 to $10.

Some other favorites? The "Memphis Meets Mexico Dog" which is a quarter pound all beef dog wrapped in applewood-smoked bacon topped with pulled pork, barbeque sauce, candied bacon, chicharrones, coleslaw, and pickles served on a hoagie roll.

There's also the "Huevos Rancheros Burger," which is a grilled half pound burger topped with Chorizo sausage, shredded cheese, salsa verde, and a fried egg.
