El Paso, TX — Free computer access and training may now be closer to you than you think. The El Paso Public Library’s mobile technology center (Techmobile) will begin a new schedule which will be in effect between October 22 and December 31, 2012. The Techmobile brings Internet and computer access to areas of the borderland with limited access to public computers. It also offers free computer and software training to the public.
