EL PASO— Four men were arrested on Friday with the help of El Paso Police Recruit trainees after a brief foot chase when the men were caught stealing tire rims from a business.

El Paso police were sent to the U-Pull-It on Alameda to investigate a theft. The investigation revealed that Kevin Wiles, 18, David Caro, 20, Cristian Marquez, 21, and Omar Lopez, 21, were stealing tires and rims through the rear of the U-Pull-It. The stolen items were being loaded into a maroon pickup truck.

Police officers & the trainees began a foot chase after the three men. The officers and recruits caught Wiles and Caro. The other male was not caught.

everyone commits mistakes like if you haven't done any plus who are you to judge people we are no one to judge someone for their acts oh well everyone thinks different at least they were all released....

Really are times that really hard that you have to steal tires and rims? People just dont want to work hard for the things they want but prefer to steal them instead.
