I don't agree with talking on the phone while driving, but to take it to that level and say "because of people like this," ~ You are kidding me right? What are the stats of people talking while driving. I see it daily from ALL types of people. This is a tragedy and my heart goes out to the family of the victim. My heart especially goes out to Mrs. Rule...I can't even imagine what pain she is feeling right now.

Lack of roead signs??? are you seriously gonna blame it on thta??? She was on the phine, something that is banned in El Paso while driving. Because of people like this and these reasons...

I know Lakeysha Rule and her family. They are loving people and they attended and served with me at the same church in Lakewood, WA.
They are God fearing people and great parents.
It's sad to hear of such an accident and with poor road conditions and lack of road signs throughout the states; I hope immediate improvements are made at this intersection so this don't happen again.

She might be a good person but she took someone's life. only God can take a life. it was her negligence that killed someone's mother, sister, friend, wife. she should not be allowed to drive at all, specially while on the cell n with children in the back seat. i just can't believe no legal actions are being taken against this woman. no traffic violation, license revocation/suspension, not even a fine. You gotta love TX! you can kill someone on the road and not get punished for it. Justice, pls
