University Medical Center of El Paso rededicate the campus' flag poles in honor of those who have served as members of the American Armed Forces.

UMC's original flag poles were removed four years ago when construction began on the campus' $315 million makeover.  The new poles stand 45 feet tall and will wave the U.S. and Texas flags.

The flags were hosted by members of the Jefferson High School Junior ROTC Color Guard and the national anthem played by the Silver Foxes' Marching Band.

Booth groups were on hand when UMC broke ground on the first of its many construction projects in November of 2008.
