We spoke with the owner of the smoke shop, Up in Toke, who told us firefighters had to break the windows of his store to make sure the fire didn't spread to his business.

The owner, who wanted remain anonymous, said, "Somebody called me and told me the place was on fire. I was shocked. It was crazy. It's messed up. It's damaged all the way."
