Fire Chief Helps "Fill The Boot"

El Paso's Fire Chief hit the streets Wednesday afternoon to raise money for muscular dystrophy research.

Chief Otto Drozd worked to help fill the boot in East El Paso .

For the first time this year, firefighters have been allowed to collect donations while on duty.

Chief Drozd says fill the boot is a tradition that goes way back for him.
