The FBI has confirmed that they have executed search warrants at all Anamarc locations and at the home of the owners, Marc Houde and Ana Pina-Houde in El Paso's Upper Valley.

The FBI Spokesperson confirmed that this was part of an ongoing investigation and said that no arrests were made but declined to give any additional information about what they might be looking for.

Several agents arrived at the Anamarc College location at 3220 Dyer St. shortly after 6:30 a.m. Wednesday morning, as well as the couple's home located at 4021 Little Ln in the Upper Valley.  As we previously reported, the home is listed for sale at $1,250,000.

The medical technical college closed down in early July following a financial collapse, leaving students to transfer to other schools. Faculty also claimed they hadn't been paid in weeks.

A Civil lawsuit filed in October 2012, and then moved to federal bankruptcy court in February 2014 claimed that Enrique Diaz, the former head of Student accounts and his wife, Elsa Pina, the school's former registrar, embezzled money from the school.
