Elevan year old Enrique Tristan was riding an ATV in Socorro with his 18 year old cousin when the two of them collided with a car.
Enrique or "Kiki" suffered serious head injuries.
His father has seen him slip in and out of a coma for the past serval months.
A recent infection has one again left him clinging to life.
Tonight his father Marco Tristan has a warning for other parents.
