Family of Slain Border Patrol Agent Speaks
EL PASO — The family of a United States Border Patrol agent shot and killed along the Arizona border said he was a loving family man who loved his job as a U.S. Border Patrol agent.
The family of 30-year-old slain U.S. Border Patrol agent Nicholas Ivie met with the local press to talk about the family's tragic loss.
"Nick was a loving husband, father, um friend to everybody," Ivie. "You could see all the nieces and nephews here he was a favorite uncle. He was that kind of a person. "
