EPPD looking for man using counterfeit money

El Paso Police and Crime Stoppers are looking for a man who is allegedly using fake hundred-dollar bills at businesses across the Borderland.

EPPD is looking for a Hispanic man with dark hair, who was wearing a black jacket and dark colored jeans during the latest incident, which happened on February 6th, at the food court at Cielo Vista Mall.

The suspect allegedly used large fake bills to pay for food and get change.

Police say there have been 5 incidents since December, at least 3 of which took place at the Sunland Park Mall.
