EPPD: Gunman opens fire outside Northeast El Paso nighclub
EL PASO (KTSM) — Police were searching for a gunman who opened fire outside a nightclub in Northeast El Paso.
Police said it started as an argument between two groups of people inside the Plush Nightclub on Dyer and Truman at 2 a.m. Saturday. They moved outside and started fighting.
At some point, police said a man pulled out a handgun and started shooting.
No one was hit, but paramedics took one woman to the hospital after a man punched her in the face in the same fight.
The El Paso Police Department's Gang Unit was investigating because police said some of the people involved may be affiliated with gangs.
No arrests have been made.
