EPE Off to New York to Assist Power Restoration
EL PASO — El Paso Electric will be sending crews to assist in the restoration of power in the wake of Sandy and the northeast storms.
EPE crews and equipment will head to New York to assist Consolidated Edison restore power to its three million customers. EPE will be sending three crews as well as damage assessors, approximately 29 people, in addition to bucket trucks, boom trucks and other equipment. Crews will fly to the area this weekend.
