SPRINGFIELD, MO - Two people have safely survived an emergency landing in Missouri.

The pilot of the twin engine Cessna could not get the landing gear down so after burning off fuel, he did a belly landing.

Sparks flew as the plane skidded to a stop.

The passenger and pilot escaped injury.
