EL PASO — A mobile home park, Carlsbad Commons on Montana was partially evacuated because of a propane gas leak that occured at approximately 4:03 p.m. according to emergency dispatch.

At least half of the residents were removed from their homes, and city buses were en route to the scene to provide them air conditioning.
