A 72 year old woman from Travis Co., TX was tasered by a deputy constable last month after she refused to cooperate with him. Kathryn Winkfein was pulled over for speeding. She refused to sign the ticket and after he told her several times he was going to tase her, he came through with his promise. She was not injured and was booked for resisting arrest.
