An elderly El Paso man who suffers from Dementia has gone missing for the third time.

Police are asking for your help to find 82-year-old Ramon Rubio.

He was last seen outside his home on the 8600 Block of Joaquin.

The last two times he wandered away he was found safe in Juarez.
