El Paso's downtown revitalization earns city top ranking in Forbes list

El Paso scores high for Forbes analysts in the area of downtown revitalization. 

The city came second, next to Denver, Colo. in a list of 15 for booming urban real estate, thanks to hundreds of millions in investments made since 2006. A large portion of the urban boost came from voters' approval of redevelopment bonds in 2012. 

The magazine cited the anticipated Triple-A baseball stadium as a major player in the city's growth.
