Norma Chavez has been allowed to campaign at the Casino. Naomi Gonzalez and John Chapman were not allowed to campaign there. I would like to know why? The Tigua reservation is a Sovereign Nation and it belongs to the government. There is a law that states that no one is supposed to do any type of political campaigns on any government land or property. This does not make sense to me especially when only certain people are allowed to campaign. Also, Norma last year killed the bill for the Casino.
