EL PASO, TX — One El Paso man is in trouble with the law again.
Police arrested Eloy Marquez for his fifth DWI.Police say an officer pulled him over early this morning for changing lanes without signaling.
They say Marquez told the officer he had drank a six pack of beer. Marquez had been convicted of DWI twice in 1999, 2001 and 2005.
