EL PASO - If you're planning a trip to the zoo in this winter weather, you'll need to wait until noon.

The El Paso Zoo is delaying its opening hours because of icy walkways.

The zoo plans to open at 12 p.m., but will make sure conditions are safe for people to walk around before opening.
