I laughed when i read that the city won this award. Like the sign outside the city should read. "Welcome to Cuidad El Paso". Since every goverment form has to be in english and spanish might as well change the sign too. Not to mention our streetlights are gonna reflect mexico's streetlights on how they blink before they change. *wipes tear from eye* I'm still laughing.

Obviously they've never visited El Paso. There are no jobs, cheap employment, and it's nothing more than a fake city. They're unaware that probably half the people here are illegal, feeding off of government money. It's hideous and administered by corrupt chicanos here. I guess now I wouldn't be surprised if they decide to claim UTEP as an 'All America University.' What a joke. Kansas, quit your pity and award it to those cities with greater astuteness and integrity.
