EL PASO – Everyone loves a great deal, and local retail stores are hoping the state's Tax-Free Weekend will bring in big crowds.

The annual tax holiday runs from August 19th-21st and only applies to certain items like clothes, shoes and back-to-school supplies.

On average, shoppers will save $8 for every $100 they spend on qualifying items.
