EL PASO - An El Paso soldier has been laid to rest.
You remember James O'Quin died a week ago in Afghanistan when a levee broke.
Today he was buried at Fort Bliss National Cemetery with full military honors.
O'Quin was due to return home next Thursday.
God Bless You James O'Quinn for the ultimate sacrifice and my condolences to the O'Quinn Family.
Bless you brother. Yours & your family's sacrifices will not be forgotten.
