Mexican soldiers arrest an El Paso man who they say killed several people in Juarez.
They say 29 year-old Michael Escalante was seen posting a sign with two other men in central Juarez possibly a threatening sign similar to others that have been popping up throughout the city.
The two men he was with managed to escape but Escalante was arrested and during the time he was being investigated it was revealed that he took part in at least 18 execution-style murders within the past year.
It was also discovered that he allegedly belongs to the Juarez cartel group known as "La Linea".
Two other members of La Linea were arrested last week and charged with committing close to 250 murders.
