El Paso duo sets world bowling record
El Paso, Texas (KTSM) — Two El Pasoans may have set a world record after a marathon weekend of bowling.
Robert Hendricks and Hector Navedo bowled 24 hours straight, from 11 a.m. Saturday until 11 a.m. Sunday.
The 24 and 26 year-olds say they knocked down 30,537 pins at Fiesta Lanes, easily beating the previous Guinness World Record of 28,402 pins set by two people from Illinois.
They sat down with us to talk about their strategy and also the sore arms they had to overcome along the way.
