This week 3 more elected officials from El Paso County pleaded guilty to federal corruption charges.

Former El Paso police officer and Ysleta school board trustee Milton Duntley, alongside former Socorro school board trustee Ray Rodriguez, and former El Paso County Clerk Gilbert Sanchez told a federal judge that allegations they conspired to commit fraud and other bribery charges were true. This all stems from an 8-year-long investigation by the FBI looking into allegations that employees with "access health source", a medical insurance provider bribed public officials in exchange for their votes on their prospective boards to award "access" contracts.
