EL PASO — Tuesday El Paso City Council plans to move forward with ballpark construction.  They are
expected to approve a $4 million contract to a company called Basic IDIQ, for construction and repairs of city owned buldings.
That would include the new baseball stadium, where construction is set to begin next Spring.
