An El Paso attorney is being suspended for six months. Visiting Judge Martin Muncy has temporarily revoked the law license of Stuart Leeds. Leeds was found guilty of contempt of court for purposely lying to the court about documents he filed in the Shawntrell Dawkins murder trial.

At the time Leeds was already on probation after being convicted of contempt of court for his behavior during the nepotism trial of Judge Regina Arditi. Leeds' suspension began today. Aside from disbarment, suspension is the harshest punishment that Texas lawyers can suffer.

Leeds is an arrogant attorney who needs to take his suspension like a man instead of continuing to act like the disrespectful punk that he has been and most likely will continue to be. Don't file an appeal of Judge Muncy's order. Honor the order and use the six month suspension of your law license to get some anger mangement and memory counseling so that hopefully you can adjust your lousy attitude.
