President-elect Barack Obama has plans for a wide ranging stimulus package to put people back to work and jump start the economy. Nick Miller is live on 9 to show us how it would help El Paso. The border highway here is just one project that could benefit from Mr. Obama's stimulus plans.
There's likely not even a completed draft of the bill, but the Texas Department of Transportation is getting ready.
