Early Voting Numbers Up from 2010
EL PASO - More El Pasoans are heading out to the polls for early voting compared to two years ago.
Early voting began on Monday, and will last through May 25th.
Elections administator, Javier Chacon, said at least 2,000 more people have taken advantage of early voting so far, compared to 2010.
At this time last year, just over 5,400 democrats and 2,200 rebulicans had voted. Today, at least 9,500 democrats and 2,300 republicans have cast their ballots.
Voting ends today at 6 p.m. However, you can head to the polls tomorrow from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
