El Paso - El Pasoans can cast ballots early to pick winners in some races not decided last month.

Early voting begins today for the April 13 Texas primary runoff elections.

Early voting runs through Friday.

Several races are on the ballot including those of District Clerk and State Representative District 76.

The general election will be held November 2.
