EAST EL PASO- An early morning power outage left around 3,400 people without electricity.  El Paso Electric says they recieved a call at 6:13 a.m. that the power was out in the Vista Del Sol area of El Paso. 

El Paso Electric says it's possible the power line was struck by lightening.  Crews replaced a lightening arrester and power was back on at 7:42 a.m.

If it was struck by lightnening i'm sure someone would of heard something.

Seriously EPEC your running out of excuses. Tell your million dollar bonus CEO and board to start putting money back into your infastructure and start giving customers what they deserve.

Just like this B.S. your doing of only hiring temp employees so you can downsize at aytime or give any benefits to them. Talk about a bad business ehtics for its employees.
