DWI, 28 Warrants, & Ecstasy, Marijuana Possession Leads to Woman's Arrest
EL PASO — Police stopped Claudia Barron, 28, early Thursday morning after she failed to stop at a stop sign. Upon approaching the vehicle, the odor of fresh marijuana was coming from the inside of the vehicle and police found Barron to be intoxicated.
Further investigation revealed that Barron was in possession of 17.6 grams of marijuana and 20 and a half Ecstasy pills. Police also learned she had 28 outstanding municipal court warrants.
Barron was booked on all three charges and warrants.
