Dust Summit to be held in Las Cruces
Las Cruces, NM (KTSM) — The City of Las Cruces is hosting a Dust Summit to inform the public of the developments in the Wind Erosion program.
It will also serve as an educational seminar for those in the construction development and design sectors, who submit and implement plans to the city.
Dust Summit will be held on Wednesday, February 19, from 9am to 12pm at City Hall, rooms 2007B – C (700 N. Main Street).
Topics for discussion include: Wind erosion control, wind patterns, health effects of dust and control methods.
The event is free and open to the public.
