A NewsChannel 9 viewer captured cell phone video of what appears to be a Sun Metro bus speeding on the road.

"This bus just passed me doing 90. He's not even slowing down at all," says the driver in the video.

Sun Metro is now investigating the video.

They say it is poor quality and they can't be completely sure it's one of their buses, but they're assuming it is.

The bus company is trying to figure out the bus number, time, date, and where the speeding allegedly happened.

"We typically pull video at random to figure out who is doing any unsafe driving. We do do that effort. It is disappointing for us to see this kind of driving," said Laura Cruz-Acosta with Sun Metro.

Sun Metro says the driver who shot the cell phone video is also breaking the law because he's using a cell phone while driving.

If you see a Sun Metro bus speeding, the bus company says you should take note of the bus number, time, date, and where it happened, and report it to Sun Metro immediately.
