Doctors confident Clinton will make 'full recovery'
WASHINGTON — Secretary of State Hillary Clinton will stay in the hospital at least until Wednesday.
She developed a blood clot stemming from a concussion she suffered earlier this month when she fainted, fell and hit her head. Late Monday afternoon, doctors said they were confident she will make 'a full recovery'.
They said Hillary Clinton's blood clot is located between the brain and skull. Dr. Roshini raj says the next few days will tell us a lot about how serious it is.
"If it really is that she's just in the hospital for a couple of days to adjust her..the dose of her medication, then i don't think we need to be concerned about long-term consequences," he said.
This all happens as Clinton prepares to leave her job as Secretary of State.
