i very rarely see a younger person doing text or talk on phone. i do however see older people mainly women talking and trying to drive with one hand. these women are usually in parking lots or are trying to get out blocking traffic either in front of them or behind them.so how many over the age of 30 will admit doing so. i will signed by a grandmother with lots of children.
