EL PASO--- Just days after David Marmolejo's bond had been reduced in the felony murder case of his mother, he'll now stay in jail indefinitely.
A County judge felt he violated probation on an unlawful weapons charge from 2000 by not completing his community service and revoked his bond Thursday.
"I'm not criticizing the judge... but I think it would probably be considered on appeal to be excessive," said Greg Anderson, Marmolejo's attorney.
But it is Marmolejo's past that's catching headlines this week.
