Digital billboards will feature wanted fugitives

El Paso, TX (KTSM) — Fugitives will now be feature on local digital billboards throughout El Paso.
Clear Channel Outdoors and the U.S. Marshall will be rotating 13 logal digital billboards profiling dangerous individuals wanted for serious criminal conduct.
Benjamin Dominguez is the first fugitive being featured.
Dominguez has been wanted by the USMS for failure to register as a sex offender since November 4, 2009.
Dominguez was originally convicted on March 8, 2001, of indecency with a child. He's knwon for using alias of Francisco Rodriguez during the entirety of these criminal proceedings. He's also used the following last names when encountered by law enforcement; Dominguez, Morales, Lopez, Ramirez, Rodriguez, Sanchez and Zuniga.
It is believed that Dominguez is a transient and has lived in the following cities over the last several years; El Paso, Socorro, Las Cruces, and Modesto, California.
