UPDATE at 9:32am:

The body of a Hispanic man was discovered along the railroad tracks in Fabens, just west of Grace Street, according to the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.

Union Pacific said a train conductor reported possibly striking something near the railroad crossing at Grace Street around 2:40 a.m.

Sheriff's Deputies later discovered the mans body lying partially on the tracks.

Special Traffic Investigators are investigating. The man has not been identified.
