LAS CRUCES - a Dona Ana County Sheriff's Deputy has his guns and ammo back.
Four people are under arrest for stealing a variety of items from sheriff's unit at the Mesilla Valley Mall on July 14.
The items include a .40 caliber Glock 22 handgun, three high capacity magazines, ammunition, a taser, holsters and part of a handcuff.
Investigators say more arrests are expected in the case.
