Deputies make arrest in deadly hit and run crash
Horizon City, TX (KTSM) — El Paso County Sheriff's deputies have arrested the man they say was behind a deadly hit and run this weekend.
Wednesday morning, deputies arrested 65-year-old Oscar Prado. He has been charged with Accident Involving Serious Bodily Injury or Death.
Prado is the alleged driver of the Chevrolet Cavalier that struck 55-year-old Kevin Arsivais late Saturday night.
As NewsChannel 9 has reported, deputies found Arsivais lying in the road on the 1300 block of Horizon Blvd.
He was taken to the hospital where he died.
Arvisais worked for a trucking company and was from Nevada.
