EL PASO - The Sheriff's Office says a deputy pulling over an SUV arrested the driver after he threw out a sock full of cocaine.

They say the driver, 33-year old Alberto Lopez, lied about his name and asked the deputy to give him a break.

Deputies say the sock had 60 bindles of cocaine, weighing about 38 grams.

Lopez was arrested, and charged with deliver of the drugs.
