EL PASO - One woman is dead, another injured after a crash in the Upper Valley.

Police say a woman clipped a canal and rolled at Westside Drive when and Country Club Blvd.

She died at the scene.

A passenger is being treated for injuries in the wreck.

Names of the victims are not being released.
