A local flag has certainly made the rounds.

El Paso astronaut Danny Olivas took part in a flag exchange ceremony, Monday at the National Border Patrol Museum.

He took a border patrol flag into space on his last space shuttle mission.

Olivas says the flag pays tribute to all the agents who keep our border safe.
