The city's latest attempt to calm the violence in Juarez is a Crimestoppers tip line.
The name Crimestoppers is one everyone knows.
Here in El Paso the program has helped police solve thousands of crimes.
However Juarez, is a very different place.
While the city's Mayor is already singing the programs praises.
The public remains skeptical it will work.
