Woman charged with stabbing boyfriend in NE El Paso
El Paso, TX (KTSM) — El Paso Police have charged 39-year-old Marisela Jeffrey with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after a stabbing in Northeast El Paso Sunday morning.
EPPD were called to a home in the 4500 block of Ankerson around 10:25 a.m. Sunday morning. When they arrived, they determined that Jeffrey had been in a fight with her 35-year-old boyfriend when it escalated and Jeffrey allegedly stabbed her boyfriend three times.
Jeffrey's boyfriend sustained stab wounds to his left chest, right hand and right shoulder. He was transported to University Medical Center for treatment.
Jeffrey was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon/family violence and booked into the El Paso County Jail on a $25,000 bond.
