El Paso, TX (KTSM) — A 22-year-old El Paso man was arrested inside of a popular west El Paso bar early Friday morning after a tip led investigators to him.
Steven Saenz, 22, was featured as one of Crime Stoppers Most Wanted on August 1, 2014 for violating a protective order twice within a month's span earlier this year. Saenz' 21-year-old victim was granted a protective order, which Saenz reportedly violated on two occasions, June 28 and July 27.
Someone inside Hope and Anchor, 4012 N. Mesa, recognized Saenz in the early hours of Friday morning and contacted El Paso Police to notify them of his whereabouts.
Sanez was located inside of Hope and Anchor just after 1 a.m. by Central Patrol Officers and was taken into custody on outstanding warrants. He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on the two separate charges of violating a protective order. His bonds totaled $12,500.
