Police arrested a man and his girlfriend's 13-year-old son for allegedly stealing DVDs at a Walmart.

According to Las Cruces Police, a loss prevention officer saw Mark Enriquez, 26, and the 13-year-old boy opening DVD cases at the Walmart on Rinconada Blvd. in Las Cruces, and then hiding them.

Police arrived and tried to stop Enriquez as he left the store, but said he shoved an officer and ran to another part of the store.
